The in-person exams are held at Rowington Village Hall.
This consists of a two-hour exam papers (covering maths, English, verbal reasoning and non-verbal reasoning) and a personalised, follow-up student report with targeted recommendations.

Profectus Tutoring's Mock Exam Package
An 11+ mock exam gives 11 plus students the opportunity to take part in a practice test ahead of the actual paper they will sit on their real 11+ exam day.
Students will have the chance to experience sitting in test conditions, responding to the instructions of invigilators and sit a full exam paper with other students in the room.
They will also know what an 11+ paper looks like, be able to listen to an audio test and understand what test time-management is all about.
At Profectus Tutoring, students will receive a fantastic mock exam experience. This includes using an 11+ style answer sheet, listening to exam instructions from an audio recording and being cared for by professional and empathetic invigilators, who are also qualified teachers.
Following the mock exam, detailed feedback will be provided to you as a parent within a week of taking the test. This includes an overall score, section breakdowns, strengths and targets for further revision. You can choose from a single mock exam, or benefit from two across the summer term to check for progression.

When should my child take the 11+ mock exam?
For the 11+ exams this would be during the summer term before the September exam.
By taking a mock exam at this stage of the year, revision should be well under way and therefore students can test all of the skills and knowledge they have acquired while revising.
Sitting the mock exam ahead of the summer holidays also allows a student to really focus on their progression points highlighted from the mock exam results and have the entire summer holidays to practice these key areas.
At Profectus Tutoring, 11+ mock exams are offered for the Warwickshire and West Midlands 11 plus exam during the summer term and summer holiday. Some students select both exams to identify target areas from the first exam, revise them ready for the next exam and test for progression - a great way of getting the most from your mock exams.

The August online live exam is ideal for those families wishing to have the mock exam experience but cannot make an in-person exam.
The live exam provides students with the experience of the audio test, as well as a physical exam paper and answer sheet.

GL Assessment
The 11+ mock exams are based on GL Assessment practice papers, suitable for both the Warwickshire and West Midlands Grammar schools, and the wider West Midlands Grammar Consortium schools.
Detailed Feedback
Each mock exam is carefully marked and feedback is provided to ensure your child will have a detailed knowledge of their strengths and targets areas for progression. A fantastic aid for last-minute revision!
Real exam conditions
The mock exams provide a realistic exam experience, not just in terms of the exam hall environment, but also with the test audio recording, time instructions and use of test conditions. We explain how to use the 11+ style answer sheets.
Led by Qualified Teachers
On mock exam day, your child will be warmly greeted by two hugely experienced qualified teachers. Their worries will be instantly eased and they will be carefully cared for throughout the mock exam experience.
Exam Score
